Information We Collect

When you ring to arrange a roof measure, ask about an estimate you have been given, or report a leak, we write down your name, the number you are calling from, the address of the property and a description of the situation.

Where a measure goes ahead we also build a record of the building: the squares, pitch and linear measurements taken on the day, photographs of anything relevant, notes on condition, and the line-item estimate that follows. Those records describe a roof rather than a person, but they sit alongside your contact details and we handle them with the same care.

There is no contact form on this website, no newsletter, no booking widget and no account to open. Nothing here invites you to type personal information into a page.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you tell us to do the thing you rang about: arranging the visit, finding the property, preparing and sending the written estimate, ordering materials, pulling a permit where one is needed, and scheduling the crew.

Where work goes ahead we keep the record so that questions about it can be answered later — what was replaced, what was left, and what the measurements were before anything started. We do not use your details to advertise unrelated services, and we do not sell them to anybody.

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising trackers, and builds no profile of what you read.
