Wind damage
Lifted and creased tabs, broken seal strips, missing ridge caps and flashing pulled back at the wall lines. Creasing is the one nobody spots from the ground.
After wind or hail, the people most eager to tell you what your roof needs are often the ones who drove in behind the weather. A recorded survey replaces their word with measurements.

Storm work draws crews from out of the area who follow weather and move on. We are ten minutes away and will still be here in three years, which is the only credential that matters on this page. The survey afterwards is the same free, recorded visit as any other — it is simply read more carefully for bruising and granule loss.
Lifted and creased tabs, broken seal strips, missing ridge caps and flashing pulled back at the wall lines. Creasing is the one nobody spots from the ground.
Bruised mats, granules collecting in the gutters, and dents in the soft metals. We record the soft metals too, since they often show an impact pattern the covering hides.
Branch strikes that have gone through the covering, and the quieter damage where something landed and rolled before it stopped.
Each finding photographed with a date against it, in the order it was found, with the measurements beside them. What you do with the file afterwards is entirely yours.
We are roofers. We record what the roof shows and hand you the file. We do not assess claims, negotiate with adjusters, or tell you what a policy will pay — those belong to your insurer and, if you want one, a public adjuster. A roofer who offers to take all of that off your hands is telling you something about themselves.
